Job Description:

  • Manage overall regional software project from planning and execution to delivery
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan for solutions implementation; inclusive of project planning, scheduling, resource planning/coordination, risk management, and communication planning
  • Drive collaboration between internal functional teams and clients to achieve milestones and deliverables
  • Direct leadership of the development team including programmers and QA

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • 7+ years in software development – PHP would be a plus
  • 3+ years in Software Team Leadership or System Analyst or Project Leader role
  • Experience in APIs development and cloud integration would be a plus
  • Experience in customer management for medium and large regional software development projects
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to focus and always pay attention to details
  • Good and effective communication and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English
